Domain registration and management

A domain is the company address: if it expires, or belongs to somebody else, the website and the email stop together.

When you need it

  • The domain is registered to the agency that built the site, not to you.
  • Renewals live in somebody's memory, and the expiry always lands at the worst moment.
  • Domains scattered across three different panels, with logins nobody can find.

What's included

  • Registering the domains you need and the extensions worth defending (.it, .com, .eu).
  • Transfers between providers without taking the site or the mail down.
  • Correct ownership: you are the Registrant, and it is visible in whois.
  • Auto-renewal, monitored expiry dates and an inventory that stays current.

How I work

  1. 1Inventory: which domains exist, who owns them, where they are registered, when they expire.
  2. 2Securing them: ownership, access, transfer lock, second factor.
  3. 3Consolidation onto one registrar, with expiry monitoring that does not rely on memory.

Frequently asked questions

An .it changes registrar within 24 hours: the request sits pending and, unless the old provider rejects it, the Registry approves it on its own. For .com and other gTLDs ICANN allows up to five days, and a domain stays locked for 60 days after a recent registration or transfer. Nothing stops meanwhile: a transfer changes who bills you for the name, not where the site and the mail point.

Yes, and it is far easier while the relationship is good than after it ends. For .it domains the authinfo code must by rule be sent to the Registrant address shown in whois: if that address is not yours, the first step is to correct the ownership record. That is a data change, not a rebuild.

No. If the current provider works, it is often better to leave it and fix only ownership, access and renewals. Moving happens when there is a concrete reason: cost, support that never answers, or a panel nobody can operate.

Outcome

  • The domains belong to the company, provably.
  • No forgotten renewal, no ransom to pay to get a name back.
  • One panel, documented access, a DNS zone somebody can read.
