Area of work

Digital strategy consulting

Before software comes the decision: which process actually moves the numbers, with which tool, and in what order.

When you need it

  • Many digitalization ideas and no clear priority.
  • Software quotes you cannot meaningfully compare.
  • IT projects started and never finished — or finished and never used.

What's included

  • Analysis of processes and real bottlenecks.
  • Priorities with estimated impact and effort.
  • A phased roadmap with measurable goals.
  • A business case for the decision (costs, benefits, risks).

How I work

  1. 1Interviews with the people who live the process daily.
  2. 2Flow mapping and bottleneck identification.
  3. 3An operating plan with phase one ready to start.

Frequently asked questions

No: the document exists to decide, not to be filed. The roadmap is built to be executed — by me, by your team or by another vendor.

Two-three working days for a useful picture of the situation; deeper analysis is agreed only when it is genuinely needed.

It happens, and I say so: sometimes the problem is organizational and software would make it worse. Better to know before signing a licence.

Outcome

  • A shared priority list instead of competing opinions.
  • Spending decisions based on expected impact.
  • A plan the team understands and can execute.
